Shipping typically takes 7–15 business days. Processing time may take 1–3 days. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order ships.


3. Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on orders over $75.


4. Can I return or exchange an item?

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery on unused items in original packaging. Please reach out to us at info@olunari.com to start the process.


5. What if my item arrives damaged?

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the product, and we’ll take care of it right away.


6. How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can track your order through our Track My Order page.


7. What if I entered the wrong address?

Please contact us immediately at info@olunari.com. If the order hasn’t shipped yet, we can update your address. If it has already shipped, we unfortunately can’t change it.

9. Are your bodysuits true to size?

Most customers find our bodysuits true to size. If you’re in between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more comfortable fit. You can always refer to our size guide on each product page.
